Stopping TB before it starts: TBI (latent TB)
Halton Region is hosting a Mainpro+ accredited webinar on April 15 from 7 to 8 p.m.
The webinar will focus on latent tuberculosis infection (LTBI). By the end of this session, participants will be able to
- describe TB diagnosis, management pathways, and reporting requirements for TB disease and TB infection
- understand current TB epidemiological trends and available public health supports, including TB-UP program
The keynote speaker will be Dr. Ananda Ghosh, MD, FRCPC Infectious Diseases Consultant and Halton Healthcare Adjunct Assistant Clinical Professor at McMaster University.

Newcomer health: essential updates for primary care (Peel Public Health, virtual)
