We provide tuberculosis skin testing (TST) to:

  • a person who is newly arrived in Canada and is completing medical surveillance
  • contacts of people with active TB

We do not offer tuberculosis skin testing (TST) for:

  • persons less than 65 years of age prior to admission to a long-term care or retirement home
  • students
  • employment purposes
  • volunteers
  • medical screening
  • screening prior to entry into rehabilitation programs
