BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Sudbury & District Board of Health urge the Minister of Health and Long-Term Care to delay the introduction of legislative amendments, as proposed pursuant to the Chief Medical Officer of Health’s Report: The H1N1 Pandemic – How Ontario Fared, June 11, 2010, in order to permit a full review of the Ontario H1N1 experience and a formal consultation with the Association of Local Public Health Agencies membership; and
FURTHERMORE THAT the Sudbury & District Board of Health forward a copy of this resolution to the Premier of Ontario, the Minister of Health and Long-Term Care, the Chief Medical Officer of Health, local Members of Provincial Parliament, Ontario Boards of Health, and alPHa.
