40-26  ELECTRONIC MEDICAL RECORDS (EMR)

MOTION:

THAT the Board of Health approve extending the EMR Project timeline and associated resources to April 2027 to enable full onboarding of all remaining programs, as well as adoption and integration into routine practice, supported by a draw from the Working Capital Reserve of $198,769 in 2027;

AND THAT the Board of Health approve an additional draw from the Working Capital Reserve of $91,872 in 2026 to support overtime and additional staffing associated with the EMR Project.
