Les quatre priorit\u00e9s strat\u00e9giques se r\u00e9sument ainsi : offrir des possibilit\u00e9s \u00e9gales d\u2019\u00eatre en sant\u00e9, cultiver des rapports significatifs, faire preuve d\u2019excellence en mati\u00e8re de pratique en sant\u00e9 publique et favoriser une main-d\u2019\u0153uvre saine et r\u00e9siliente. \u0152uvrant au sein de communaut\u00e9s dynamiques, nous reconnaissons et soulignons la pr\u00e9sence durable, la force et la r\u00e9silience des premiers peuples de ce territoire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tout au long de l\u2019ann\u00e9e 2024, nous avons t\u00e2ch\u00e9 de favoriser des partenariats solides, ainsi que des rapports significatifs avec les Premi\u00e8res Nations et les communaut\u00e9s autochtones de notre vaste zone de service. L\u2019\u00e9volution des orientations provinciales, l\u2019inflation et les d\u00e9fis croissants en sant\u00e9 dus aux s\u00e9quelles de la pand\u00e9mie de COVID-19 exigent une affectation cibl\u00e9e des ressources et des efforts soutenus. Dans le Grand Sudbury vivent 166 128 personnes sur une superficie de 3 196,9 km\u00b2. Le district de Sudbury compte 22 368 personnes et s\u2019\u00e9tend sur 39 896,8 km\u00b2. Dans celui de Manitoulin, qui s\u2019\u00e9tend sur 3073,5 km\u00b2, on en d\u00e9nombre 13 935. La population de Sudbury et districts totalise 202 431 personnes et son territoire mesure 46 167,2 km\u00b2. La proportion de personnes ayant indiqu\u00e9 le fran\u00e7ais comme premi\u00e8re langue officielle \u00e0 Sudbury et dans les districts s\u2019\u00e9tablit \u00e0 27,6 %, comparativement \u00e0 3,4 % en Ontario.
